Milliman provides participants with timely information about retirement planning and investment strategies in Participant Plan Folders, the Summary Plan Description, professionally managed seminars and educational meetings, and the Roundup newsletter, which is included with each participant’s statement.

“Anytime” account information and transactions

Participants are given access to a toll-free 401(k) hotline and an online Web Service Center, so they can access account information, manage their portfolios, and initiate transactions 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Additional anytime-information includes:
  • Model portfolios
  • An online investment advice module
  • Automatic rebalancing of accounts

Participants can also access investment advice through the investment advice program and professionally managed accounts, or get their plan questions answered by customer service representatives.
